10.2 The Terms of Use are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the law. To the extent permitted by law, the competent courts at the place of the registered office of Histare, currently Delhi, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising from the Terms of Use and your use of the Website, subject to Our right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
